Is this a live booking system?
No. This site is enquiry-only. Submitting the booking form does not confirm a reservation or process any payment — it starts a manual process where we check availability with Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club and follow up with you directly.
How do I actually pay?
In two parts, both off this site. First, once your reservation is confirmed, you pay a service fee directly to the owner. Second, you pay the all-inclusive rate (and resort fee, if applicable) at the resort front desk when you check in.
Does the resort fee apply to the member too?
No. The resort fee applies to guests only — the member is exempt.
What if I'm staying without the member present?
At Puerto Plata, you'll receive a Blue bracelet, which includes VIP Beach, NV Beach, Cofresi Beach, VIP Pool, Lifestyle Royal Sports Bar, and VIP restaurants Jazz and VIP Simply Gourmet (subject to availability). Gold bracelet access is not available under any circumstance without the member physically present — see Access Rules & VIP Benefits for the full breakdown.
Is airport transportation included?
Yes — complimentary round-trip VIP van transfers to and from Gregorio Luperón International Airport (POP), for both Puerto Plata and Cabarete stays, regardless of party size. Flight details need to be submitted at least 5 days before arrival. See the Transportation page for details.
How is Cabarete different from Puerto Plata?
Cabarete is room-only, not all-inclusive, and priced per week rather than per day. You pay the accommodation rate up front, then handle food and drink separately — à la carte, by cooking in your own kitchen where available, or with an optional meal plan. What's the resort fee at Cabarete?
$7.50 per adult, per night, for guest reservations. The member never pays it, and neither do guests staying in the same accommodation as the member. It applies to guests in their own separate accommodation, or where no member is on the reservation.
Is IS Luxury Vacations affiliated with Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club?
No. This is an independent site that helps members' guests browse accommodations and submit booking enquiries. It is not an official channel of, and is not operated by, Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club.
