Cabarete — Accommodations & Rates

Room-only accommodations at two ocean-adjacent properties in Cabarete, the Dominican Republic's windsurfing and kitesurfing capital. You pay the accommodation rate here; food and drink are separate — dine à la carte, cook in your own kitchen where available, or add an optional meal plan below.

Accommodation Types

Rates are conveniently quoted per week rather than per night, offering you and your family a seamless, extended stay with exceptional value.

Presidential Suites — Pool & Street View

Studio, one-, and two-bedroom suites on the pool and street side of the property. Studio suites have a king bed and full bathroom; one-bedroom suites add a master king bed, a full kitchen, and separate living and dining areas; two-bedroom suites pair a king bed in each room — each with its own bathroom — with the same full kitchen and living and dining space.

Unit Rate Max occupancy
Junior Suite No kitchen or living room — king bed and full bathroom only. $399/week 2 adults
1 Bedroom $599/week 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children
2 Bedroom $799/week 4 adults

Imperial Suites — Ocean View

Member Reservations Only

Ocean-facing suites with modern décor and designer furnishings, fully-equipped kitchens, and separate living and dining areas. One-bedroom suites have a master suite with a king bed; three-bedroom suites add a second bedroom with a queen bed and a third with two queen beds, each with its own bathroom — all with panoramic beach and garden views. When booking Cabarete directly through Lifestyle Holidays as a non-member, only the Presidential Suites side is offered to the general public — the Imperial Suites are available exclusively through a member's reservation.

Unit Rate Max occupancy
1 Bedroom $699/week 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children
3 Bedroom $1,099/week 6 adults and 2 children

Maximum occupancy is a firm limit at Cabarete and cannot be exceeded under any circumstances. Where a unit lists two occupancy options (for example, "3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children"), that's an either/or — not a figure you can combine. Rates are subject to change and are confirmed at the time of booking.

Resort Fee

A resort fee of $7.50 per adult, per night applies to guest reservations at Cabarete.

  • The member never pays a resort fee, in any accommodation.
  • Guests staying in the same accommodation as the member do not pay a resort fee.
  • The fee applies to guests staying in their own separate accommodation, or where no member is present on the reservation.

Meal Plans

Since Cabarete is room-only, a meal plan is optional rather than included. Add one if you'd rather not handle food and drink à la carte.

Plan Price Includes
Breakfast $22/adult Eggs, fresh juice, fruit plate, cold cuts, bread, coffee, tea, water, and soft drinks.
Half Board $47/adult Breakfast and lunch — one appetizer, one main course, one dessert, water, soft drinks, coffee, and tea, plus 2 Presidente beers or 2 glasses of house wine per adult.
Full Board $85/adult Breakfast, lunch, and dinner — one appetizer, one main course, one dessert, water, soft drinks, coffee, and tea, plus 2 Presidente beers or 2 glasses of house wine per adult.
